Send

We offer the option to have the order delivered via PostNL.

Retrieve

You can also collect your order from us in one of our stores. When ordering, choose collection and indicate which store in the next screen. You will be notified as soon as your order is ready for collection.

Delivery time

• if you have chosen Send. We will then try to deliver your order within 3 working days to PostNL (or someone else) which has an average processing time of 3 working days (with the exception of special cases and public holidays). It may sometimes happen that we have to collect your item from one of our stores, so it is not always shipped immediately.
• if you have opted for collection in the store. We will then try to prepare your order as soon as possible. You will receive a collection message when your order is ready.
